What file types can I upload?

We currently accept PDF, PNG, and JPEG artwork.

How long does production take?

Production timing is shown on your selected product and starts after your digital proof is approved. Proofing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Is rush production available?

Rush and Super Rush options, where offered, are shown with their timing and price on each product.

Do I get a proof before printing?

Yes. Nothing moves into production until the digital proof is approved. Two proof revision rounds are included. Additional revision rounds are $65 each.

What are the current shipping options?

Checkout shipping is currently enabled for the United States. US Standard shipping: $5.99 below $25; $7.99 from $25 to $49.99; $9.99 from $50 to $99.99; $12.99 from $100 to $200; free above $200. Express shipping is $15. Final options are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

International checkout is not enabled yet. Additional destinations will be added as shipping is finalized.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Choose Custom size on the product page and enter width and height between 0.5 and 14 inches. Supported styles show a price immediately; Chrome, Cracked Ice and Sticker Sheets require a custom quote.

What if my artwork is not print-ready?

Graphic design packages start at $35 for customers who need help preparing or refining artwork.
